Copyright Policy

We respect the rights of artists, songwriters and labels. Lyrimoji does not host songs: videos are made in the user's own browser, uploaded audio is deleted right after processing, and public share pages contain only a short silent preview. If you believe content on lyrimoji.com infringes your copyright, tell us and we'll act quickly.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to our designated agent: [AGENT NAME], copyright@lyrimoji.com, [POSTAL ADDRESS]. Please include:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
3. the URL of the material on lyrimoji.com (for example a /v/… share page);
4. your name, address, phone number and email;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

We normally remove or disable the material within 2 business days and let the uploader know.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found). We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the claimant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
